New logo unveiled for Cheltenham Remembers

This Cheltenham Remembers project has a new logo, launched in time for this Sunday (13 November) on the Remembrance Sunday order of service.

The logo was chosen from a number of designs by local graphic designers Hills Design.

Early versions were shared with the borough’s World War One Commemoration project group and the final design was approved by Cllr Rowena Hay and Mark Sheldon as cabinet lead and sponsor for the project.

The design does not include the poppy motif to ensure there would be no confusion with the Royal British Legion’s trademark poppy used in their fundraising appeals.
